Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the kitchen and back-of-house operations efficiently

Work Schedule & Environment
- Full-time position with 8 and 10-hour shifts
- Availability required for weekends, holidays, day and night shifts
- Monday-Saturday Availability (Required)
- Alternating shifts of 7AM-3PM, 9AM-5PM, & 11AM-8PM (Required)
- On-site role fostering direct team engagement and leadership
Qualifications
- No formal education required; focus on motivation and leadership skills
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service, food quality, and food safety
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- 2+ years of leadership experience (Required)
